Check In Time Is 3 p.m.
Should you arrive earlier and your room is not ready, we are happy to store your luggage for you. Upon check-in, you will be required to provide a valid picture ID and a major credit card. Your credit card will be authorized for a $100 per day security deposit for incidental charges. Unused authorizations will be released at check-out and will take 5 to 7 business days to appear back on your account. If using a debit card, $100 per number of nights you are staying will be withdrawn from your account immediately.

Unused charges will be refunded in 5 to 7 business days from departure date. As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in, if the room is not prepaid. If room and tax have been pre-paid, then a deposit of $600 will be required. US citizens will be refunded via mail in the form of a check. Guests will be refunded upon checkout after assessment of guest folio. Authorizations will be released in 7-10 business days based on each guest's bank rules.

Checkout Time Is 12:00 p.m.
Please call guest services if your departure is delayed. Also, please note that late checkout requests are based upon availability on the date of departure. Additional charges may apply.

We are available to assist you with arranging all transportation, theater, entertainment, restaurant reservations, babysitting services, spa appointments, business services and any special requests. Contact us directly at 212.925.2555 or via email.

Your best friend will be greeted with a basket of toys and treats–enough to entertain them when you leave to explore the city. Our pet fee is $100 per stay to cover cleaning charges to the guest room upon departure. There is a limit of one pet per room.

Before booking a hotel room on an independent travel site, please read and understand the cancellation policy. Many travel sites charge additional fees and penalties for changes and cancellations. If you book directly on The Nolitan website, we will make every effort to meet your needs for changes and cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy is 48 hours.

We offer in-room, laptop size electronic safes.

The Nolitan is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas outside. There will be a $250 fee for smoking in the guestroom.

Guest services can arrange transportation to and from the airport. Send them an email or contact them directly at 212.925.2555 and they'll take care of the rest.
